Part 2
-You may fear many declines of your soul's morality, but power tempts the most. Shun power where it is despotic, and accept authority where you can influence others' hearts by revealing in them love and forgiveness, uncovering mercy and revealing tenderness, like a flowerbud.
And do not seek the guilty among your own, but seek truth among strangers. Those you do not understand, those you reject, those you will not accept. Try to understand the impulse that moves them, and having understood it, try to fill their souls with light. Do not let darkness into them in the form of reproach, gossip, and condemnation.
And where you fill others with light, there your own will begin to blaze.
The struggle with oneself is the hardest. It is difficult to refuse one thing and redirect another in who you are.
Listen not to empty arguments and words that distort your hearing, but to the voice of your heart, and you will understand, your choice will be clear.
