By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Purpose
The app is intended for audio recording, speech transcription, text editing, image generation, calendar organization, and a private archive.
2. Not professional advice
The app and generated materials are not medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice.
3. OpenAI API
The user obtains and pays for an OpenAI API key, follows OpenAI’s terms, and is responsible for keeping it secure. API usage is billed directly by OpenAI and is not included with the app.
4. Your content
The user retains rights and responsibility for audio, text, and images they create, import, or publish. The app must not be used to violate laws or third-party rights.
5. Storage and backups
The user is responsible for device storage, iCloud availability, and backups. Follow the sync indicator before deleting or reinstalling the app.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. The developer is not responsible for outages involving Apple, iCloud, OpenAI, networks, loss of unsynchronized data, or decisions based on generated content.
