-The program of devaluing is your pride. By working through pride you will remove the various processes it generates.
-How to heal pride?
-You assess yourself by devaluing your own actions; you give them a judgment. A judgment of NOT important, NOT needed, NOT significant.
You reject yourself where you devalue yourself, where you assign NOT-ness, NOT-importance, NOT-significance; there you do not accept yourself, do not consider yourself significant, do not consider yourself important, do not consider yourself needed. Look around you, what do you see?
-I see mirrors, many mirrors around. Was it like this already, in one of the lessons?
-These are all projections of you. The more negations inside you — devaluing is a negation — the more projections and negative programs are arranged around you.
-My head is spinning, I feel pressure.
-Exactly. You are becoming overgrown with these programs and do not see a way out of the maze that has formed.
-How to remove them? How to clear the road, free myself?
-You do not need to run away. It will not work. They must be destroyed, expelled, through your own healing.
-How?
-Sit, relax, breathe. Focus on your physical sensations, let go of thoughts…

Now your rhythms of life have become one. Tune in with your higher, true, spiritual, multidimensional Self; allow yourself to become whole, allow yourself to be yourself… one self.
Feel how your heart portal expands, how the pressure in your chest swells, allowing the energies of the Absolute to pass into you, to focus in a single point — the blissful energy of the Creator’s unconditional love.
Fill up, do not hurry, without changing your own rhythm, do not hurry… Allow your chest to be filled with this energy, “taste it.”
