Lesson from the Spirit

Every day you are strengthened in faith without even noticing it. You walk somewhere, looking at your feet, or study your surroundings…
Any pause is useful to you for the apprehension of faith.
To apprehend faith you need not study much, know much, or even fast. Faith is not won by toil; it is won by the heart, by understanding.
Want to apprehend faith, to be strengthened in it, to become more certain and stronger? Then cast off all the long‑standing habits that teach you to accept faith with your mind.
You must feel it; to do that, develop your feeling.
Knowledge does not oblige you to act in a particular way; it only gives you a kind of foothold from which you push off when making a decision. But that is not a panacea.
Knowledge is unstable. It often changes depending on the rhetoric of the speaker. But feeling is that which does not change, that constant which exists in the cosmos.
It is not enough to know that something is bad or good.
Such knowledge is often empty and devoid of meaning.
It is important to feel each being with whom you interact, whether a person, an animal, or a simple flower.
To feel means to understand and hear what the consciousness addressing you wants. With developed feeling, you will no longer err in the correctness of the choice made. That choice will always be obvious and significant for the growth of your soul.
To love your neighbor is to know them, to understand them, to be moved by their thoughts and actions, not through the prism of suppressed judgments, but through accepting the world as it is.
When you judge someone, you try in that way to change the structure of that world by influencing one of its subjects. That is impossible. It is no different from trying to shift a stone out of the way; you only waste time and strength.
Feeling with your soul is the key to strengthening your faith.
