Lesson from the Spirit
"Everything is balance. Returning to oneself means finding balance within."
They show a person walking a tightrope over an abyss, taking a step and losing balance, falling. Then he takes a pole and it becomes easier to find equilibrium. Then a safety line appears and it gets even easier to walk. That safety lifts him above the rope, and barely touching the rope, he simply runs to the other side.
"What is that?"
"Those are all tools—tools for attaining inner balance.
To deprive you of inner balance is to cast you into the void, into an abyss of despair, fears, judgments, hatred, envy, anger, greed, non-acceptance of yourself and the world around you; it means losing yourself.
Your inner balance is nothing other than a tool that you develop yourself throughout your life."
"How do you develop it?"
"Practice. Catch and notice the slightest negative vibrations within yourself; read another person's field through the prism of the essence of who they are, through the prism of understanding how the system operates."
"What is that system?"
"A system trying to enslave you through your mind, through your thinking and emotional processes."
"How do I know I have inner balance?"
"Try, observe, feel. Each time you feel irritation, dislike, rejection, non-acceptance of something, train your mind to register it and heal it with your soul within yourself. That is the harmonizing—when your mind and your soul work together for your good.
It's all a matter of practice. If you regularly allow yourself to react emotionally in a negative key, to be irritated by certain people in your field, you are training your mind to produce those emotions. In the same way, you practice emotions of acceptance through your mind.
Keep trying, and each time it will be easier to walk. Each time, the instrument for perceiving negative fields acting on you will improve and be perfected, along with the growth of your spirituality."
