A Lesson from the Spirit

They show a person vertically strapped to a table with belts.
"These belts are your fears, the fears of allowing yourself. Not allowing yourself to grow, not allowing yourself to see, to hear, to accept, not allowing yourself to feel more than what is permitted.
You do not allow yourself much. Have you ever thought about that—why is it so?
All the goods you deny yourself are a reflection of your soul’s desires, its needs. Not allowing yourself to love, not allowing yourself to create, not allowing yourself to believe, not allowing yourself to receive.
Take these belts off one by one, imagining the true Divine light of transforming space brought into your surroundings as a bright beam, dissolving and loosening each of these belts, starting from the very top and moving down to the bottom.
Look how many there are, look at what each one is. Where did you not allow, where did you seal away your joy, your happiness, your love, your acceptance, your health…
Remove the loosened belts one by one."

They show how, with his left hand, the person takes them off himself, beginning from the very top and reaching the very bottom, then takes a deep breath and a long, long exhale.
As if he had not breathed all this time, as if all this time he had been waiting for something or someone who would allow him to be freed from the shackles of his own perception of the world, from shackles he himself created out of fear to see and hear more, and to be larger than he had allowed himself before.
"By freeing yourself, you will help free others, simply by the touch of your gaze, your word, your intention. You will begin to notice your loved ones breathe, how a light will ignite in their eyes, warm sparks of realization of the greatness of their own soul. So be it. 🙏"
