A Lesson from the Spirit

- What is the lesson about?
- About tolerance.
They show a crafts fair, many things. They show a cobbler making shoes.

- Tolerance is not simply patience with your work; it is the cultivation of your spirituality.
- How so? Please explain.
- Do you see this bouquet?
- Yes.
- Each flower was nurtured with tolerance—weeded, watered—so it could fulfill its mission.
Tolerance has nothing to do with ordinary patience, as when someone hands you a gift and you stand there anticipating what’s inside. It’s not that at all.
Tolerance expressed in your spirituality is your calm, balanced view of the events that occur in your life; it is the ability to discern the truth, the very essence of what would have irritated you, but when you show tolerance you begin to see that essence in an action, a spoken word, an ill-timed deed.
Because of this, you walk the path of your soul’s maturation, its transformation, its growth. Your spiritual growth begins with tolerance, with the ability to see, to notice, and to accept with gratitude the lessons given to you from above.
- Tolerance is what? The ability to see?
- You could put it that way. To see with your soul, to feel the essence of what is happening, to sense the traps laid around you so you can pass them by in calmness.
- How do you cultivate tolerance in yourself?
- Your tolerance grows along with your spirituality, that is true.
But you often confuse the concepts, and that is why you are mistaken.
- What do you mean?
- Many equate tolerance with patience, with complete submission to another’s will, with inaction and a reluctance to do anything.
- What is tolerance?
- Tolerance is your spiritual guide that notices and helps you perceive the world in the colors your understanding needs. Practice and develop this sense through your calm and conscious relationship with the world around you. Where, by understanding and accepting the events that occur, you move into your spiritual growth, you go through the evolution of your own consciousness toward your spiritual transformation.
So be it! 🙏

**
Enduring and tolerance are different. Where you endure, you show a lack of will, you show irritability, expectation, and unnecessary suffering. In tolerance there is an intentional view of those events you truly consider beneficial to you, and with that feeling you accept all that happens as your necessary transformation.
