Friends, lately the topic of judgment—of others and of ourselves—and the topic of acceptance has been coming up a lot.
The Spirit said a very wise sentence today: The True Spirit is in each of you, and it depends only on you how much it will be manifested.

I decided to post a poem I wrote earlier👇

Do not judge others with distortion.
The truth is hidden in such words.
It is wiped from the face, inevitably,
Reflecting only in pure eyes.

Do not judge… Look at the sky.
There the essence of life is visible even at night.
Where only the credo of truth sounds—
“Vanity’s nature is sinful.”

There is no forgiveness for vanity—
Pride has taken its seat among thorns.
Distorted faces of contempt
Catch resemblance in crooked mirrors.

Look at yourself in the reflection
And, without stern words, propose
To prescribe yourself atonement
And the ability to understand everyone without lies.

Do not judge others with distortion.
But look, who are you in this fate?
Can one judge frankly
While one is not yet judge of oneself.
