Lesson from the Spirit

They show a clearing; the sun is shining brightly, people are dancing. There are many of them: some lead a round dance, some dance alone, some dance in pairs…

“In dance a person’s soul opens up, as it does in any act of creativity.

The life you live is sometimes like a dance. Some sit aside, waiting to be invited, while at the same time judging the dancers, comparing, comparing them, comparing themselves to them. And from that they only close off more—not just from the world, but from themselves. For judgmental appraisal blocks access to one’s own self.
There are others who perform within certain rules, repeating the same movements. There is no life in that dance either.
But there are those who feel, who, contrary to common opinions, improvise in their dance, creating not merely movements but living the story, filling it with vivid colors of happiness, love, peace, fulfillment, contentment with themselves, contentment with the world around them and the people surrounding them. All this is expressed in every movement, in every glance.
When you understand the illusory nature of what is happening, you will be able to believe in yourself, to believe that you are the main character on this dance floor, the one who makes decisions, who leads the others, taking them by the hand, into a single round dance.”

People began circling in the round dance on the open meadow, barefoot, and inside that circle a column of light particles rose up, ascending toward the sky.

“This is the energy of united souls. They create that energetic field which helps to transform the surrounding space, helps remove the appearance of the illusory, liberating the pure feelings of love.”
