A Lesson from the Spirit
-A lesson about attentiveness.
When you do your work, do you pay attention to your hands, to your eyes, to your hearing that guide the work, focusing attention on performing particular movements?
When you write something, you take a sheet of paper, take a pen, and begin to write.
You think, directing your thoughts, putting everything into writing.
The same happens on the level of your soul. How to manifest sensing? How to hear God within yourself?
Begin by touching your soul with your attention, listening to its breath, to its rhythm, listening to its needs, healing and protecting it from everything that harms it.
When you seek a dialogue you begin to speak, but hearing yourself is sometimes much harder than hearing someone else.
If you let go of expectations and simply sink into yourself, you will begin to find answers without asking questions.
These answers, in the form of hints, will surface on their own, showing you the purity of intent of true knowledge.
Pay attention to yourself. What do you feel? What are you thinking? What are you doing?
This trembling, gentle attention, expressed as care for improving your own well-being, will bless and harmoniously begin to transform you, helping and building that very path to yourself that you are searching for.
So be it.
-How to develop attentiveness?
-Learn to take only that which resonates with goodness in your soul, learn to fill yourself only with true virtues, opening yourself to the endless streams of the Creator’s unconditional love.
To show attentiveness is not simply to focus on something; it is to perceive the world through your spirituality.
