(Setting for disembodiment)

Earlier many of you were blinded by your own ignorance, taking what was happening as some given, as truth.

By distorting the truth in this way, you form a mistaken idea not only about yourselves, but also about the surrounding world, about the very order of the universe.

Confronted day after day with the specific tasks of your dimension, you accepted the rules of the game that were set there.
The process of leaving this consists in the total disembodiment of yourself, in accepting that reality which resonates with the true you, which is the inner response.
All you need to do is simply trust yourself; Spirit will arrange everything.

For this, begin a daily practice with yourself, where you will learn from yourself to be yourself.

I accept and manifest myself where there are no conventions for me as such, where there are no materials that estrange me from my true self, where no particular world-order of imposed ideas rules over me, where I am the beginning and continuation of myself as the true multidimensional Spirit of a single, whole space of being, where I feel myself as one whole with the unified world, reflecting in this world and reflecting this world in myself.
In the name of and for the good of the unified and whole space, for the sake of my true good. So be it.
