Friends, yesterday I went through an incredible experience. During the practice the Spirit was giving wonderful lessons (I will post them later). All evening I felt pressure in my solar plexus and turned to the Spirit for healing.

A lesson from the Spirit

"Why do I feel pain in my solar plexus today? How can I fill myself with energy to be healed?"
"You don't need to go anywhere. The temple of your soul is always with you. That's why it's hard for you to breathe — it is building itself. When construction is underway there is always noise, bustle, and impatience. But this is a benevolent process. When the temple of the soul is being built, the Creator Himself allows it, the Creator Himself directs the force of His energy — the creative, all-encompassing, unconditional energy of love.

I was shown a huge white temple, how it assembles from bricks, they build themselves into walls.

"These energies are for your good. Trust the Spirit who guides you and do not be afraid of what will come. Later you will see your temple — pure and open, bright and spacious. The eternal temple of your soul.

In this temple there is no longer bustle, no hardships, no misfortunes, no misunderstanding, no judgment, no vices. This is the temple of the Creator's pure unconditional love. It is the vessel of your soul. It is the place where the great power of the Creator's unconditional love is born. Feel the processes that are taking place within your soul. So be it."
