When you learn to speak everything out, without remainder, you will learn trust. First with yourself, then with others.

Honesty does not mean gossip or judgment. Honesty means the sincerity of an open heart, where with pure intentions you form a benevolent will.
You cannot be honest with yourself when you hide your own potential. Remember and try to dwell in the enjoyment of those earthly tasks that elevate your soul.
