Lesson from the Spirit

The law of equilibrium of the energy bodies. Whoever breaks this law is to blame for creating a matrix like the one you now live in.
This matrix is not a mask of hatred and darkness; it merely reflects your collective mood.
Among you there is a belief that each person contributes their part to what happens, and that is true.
It is based on the law of displacement of energetic vessels.
You are an energetic resource. Yes, you yourselves are a vessel, and therefore a resource of energy.
You cannot be empty. So when you call someone empty, and their words empty, there is no truth in that.
They may be ignorant, yes, but not empty. You, as a vessel, cannot be empty.
Imagine a river: it flows strongly, by all the laws of the earth, and if you dig a side channel, a pit, what will happen? The river will fill that pit.
But what kind of water will be in it depends on how you keep that pit — its cleanliness, your attention, your creative care.
The same goes for energy: when you keep your vessel clean of thoughts and deeds, in clarity of consciousness, and therefore in clarity of the meaning of your path, when with a creative gaze you make warmth and comfort within yourself, then your filling will be with the clear, pure, productive energies of the cosmos.
And even if it seems to you that someone acted badly, looked or spoke against you, it will not settle as dirty silt on the bottom of your soul, but will be transformed into crystalline energy of acceptance, through understanding the higher purposes of being.
You will get used to this if you simply observe once with your own attention the actions of those around you, concentrating on the feeling inside yourself.
And where there was formerly irritation, you will feel only a light smile. Not a sneer of judgment, but a smile of forgiveness, as if a gift bestowed upon you from above.
Your thoughts may be far even from yourself, but your attention must always be fixed on creating the everyday wholeness of your vessel of goodness and love.
One cannot drink one’s fill from muddy, dirty water; that is only a way to survive. Survival was not destined for people.
Life is clean, clear water, filling your soul with important qualities.
Mentally cleanse yourself until you see absolutely transparent water.
