Lesson from the Spirit

To learn to hear, you must plumb the depths of self-knowledge.
It is in those depths that the answers to your questions hide.
When almost no questions remain, then you are ready to follow the route shown to you.
Do not hurry; everything is understood as you unfold, and unfolding will occur in proportion to your steadiness in the face of the changes you are willing to accept.
After all, this is not a trivial pursuit.
Self-knowledge is a sacrifice, offered for the sake of the higher aspects of being; these processes take place on a completely different, non-base level, and it is not easy to reach those vibrations—only by lightening your soul of the oppressive shackles, of that burden, that weight which drags you downward.
And the banal phrase “lighten the soul” takes on an entirely different hue.
Not for the sake of venting, not for self-pity or self-expression, but for the knowing and reception of a wholly different kind of information.
For this you need only anchor your consciousness in the moment—here and now—releasing all reins to the will of chance, to the divine hand that guides you.
When you let go of control, you let go of oppressive thoughts, anxieties, and pain. All of this is merely the result of your control. Let go of control, and everything will proceed in its own time, in the best way to succeed the energies that will raise the level of your receptivity to the moment of acceptance.
You can write down what gnaws at you, you can speak it aloud. It does not matter. The main thing is to catch your sensation in the here-and-now. What do you feel? Not digging through the past or worrying about the future, but simply what you feel now.
By speaking like this, by concentrating your attention on what you feel, you learn to release that pain. Not through resignation alone, although that too is important, but through accepting the lessons you were given. And then it will be easier and simpler not only to live, but to rise above those earthly problems, for the sake of deeds of a completely higher order. So be it. 🙏
