A Lesson from the Spirit
"You did not come for yourself, but for knowledge.
Those knowledges hold the answer. In your depths, everything is born in the depths.
Have you thought about that?
A seed opens and gives a sprout. Life in the mother's womb is born, like a miracle. That is why you all strive to grasp knowledge, but it is kept in the depths of your soul. It is as simple and obvious as life itself.
Yet you often assign importance to something intricate, contradictory, unknown, when your gaze should be turned inward.
"But how are we to comprehend it?"
"Comprehending is not easy, I won't argue. But it is a path.
Each of you who thinks your path will be easy and serene is mistaken as deeply as the truth is hidden from his eyes.
Only a single hair separates you from accepting this truth. You do not need to seek it; you need to accept it, to believe in it, to justify it to your own eyes. It is so simple and obvious. You search for intricate patterns, wondrous stories, exotic visions, when everything is hideously simple.
There is you, and there are keys within you.
As soon as doubt takes over, your hand trembles and drops the key.
The less vulnerable and receptive you are to the outer world, the more keys you have found within yourself, the more locks you have opened.
Your serenity, calm, acceptance—these are the very indicators of your soul’s readiness for its unveiling."
