The Parable of the Flower
Yesterday the Spirit told me a very tender parable. 🥰
A little bit of pre-New-Year mood for everyone 🤗❤️🔥😘
“Please, tell me a story.”
“Are you here for stories? Then listen.
Long ago, in a forest where winter always blew, a flower was born, unusual, wondrous. That flower timidly peered out from behind a snowdrift.
But as the sun’s rays touched it and the snow on its frozen petals melted, it began to bloom. Petal by petal, until it had completely emerged from its shelter.
“What is this about?”
“Sometimes life is born even in gloomy frosts. And what is life? It is light.
It is that beam of love that fills all the space around it with radiance. Some will say this flower is not ordinary, but magical.
But what is the magic here? The ability to kindle light where you see cold and darkness? That is not magic, that is skill, an ability.
Many such flowers slumber beneath the snowy cover.
If you look there, with your gaze you will send that love and warmth that will help them come out into the sun, to turn their slender stems toward that divine luminary.
This parable is simple, but it has a lesson. When you wander the harsh expanses, you see only this—frost, ice, and darkness.
But if you look at your feet, you will feel the pulsation beneath them, down where life glows, already conceived and waiting for the hour to reveal itself to the world.
I take a step, the snow melts, and everything blooms around. Absolutely everything revives, not only flowers, not only meadows, but animals, butterflies, birds, insects. Everything comes to life. “Spirit, everything comes to life.”
“True. Where one life is born, with its light it brings life to others. That is how it is, and how it will be. You cannot resist this process when you carry light within you.
Therefore, do not be afraid, and step boldly, burning with your love and attention all the space around you.
Do not fear making a mistake; fear not seeing the sparkle hidden beneath your feet, for there life glows, calling for your mercy.”
