A Lesson from the Spirit
During the practice butterflies began to appear. There were more and more of them, larger, of different shapes and colors. But all beautiful and unique.
Then I found myself on a cliff, and below were flowers. A waterfall ran opposite me, and above me a rainbow sky. One butterfly flew closer to me. I was holding it in my palm. The Spirit said,
"This is a symbol of your soul."
"What do you mean?"
"Your soul has its own rebirth. The soul's rebirth is a lesson in patience.
The life of a butterfly transforms, changes form. To attain lightness, weightlessness, to attain freedom, they must be reborn."
And I was shown the whole process of the butterfly's life cycle—from caterpillar to chrysalis, and to the butterfly itself.
"Rebirth is the period of reflection, the period of awareness and insight before your soul opens and rises. It is a time to show tolerance toward yourself and toward the processes of knowing that you follow.
Time will not adapt to you. You must be more patient. Each person must walk their own path to knowledge, to transformation. Everything will come according to your readiness, according to your awareness, according to your opening and your readiness to be heard by yourself. Until you hear yourself—no one will hear you. For what truth is there in your words? Having heard yourself, having known yourself—others will hear and see you.
But you must not approach the process of transformation and the knowing of your soul through coercion. Show tolerance to yourself, awareness, and trust. And then you will know the divine light within you. So be it."
