Advice to the Group from the Spirit

Running across the street is not the same as walking calmly through a crosswalk.
Where you are afraid, where you hurry, rush, where you force yourself and events around you to fit your needs, there you are darting across the road, glancing anxiously around.
You are afraid because you are not certain that someone will not interfere.
You look around because you fear outside movements that will stop or interrupt your way.
That is why you do not enjoy that road, not realizing that you are running in the wrong place, not where your true path is laid, not on your road.
But if you gather patience, confidence, courage, and walk a little, you will see your true path with quiet, calm, confident transitions between your ways, without stress, without looking back, without fear, without anxiety about the future, without regret for the past, a quiet, peaceful acceptance. And you will be on the path of accepting this, as in your personal experience of lessons learned.

Each time you feel hurried, or feel yourself rushing, imagine mentally that you step aside onto even ground and, having walked it, make that unhurried, calm, confident transition—one that is not a transition at all but simply the continuation of your own path in the true knowing of yourself and the world around you.
