"When you write your story, do not look down.

- You are not writing your story for entertainment, nor for diversion, but for the sake and blessing of beholding the beauty of all that exists, and for the transformation of your inner self.
When you walk your road, do not look down. As you travel the path of spiritual healing and the knowledge of your Divine essence, soar above that world which pulls you down.
This is not about forgetting or refusing to face your burdens; it is about that feeling of soaring when you speak Divine speech. For nothing should distract you from your important mission.
When you speak of it with a pure, open heart filled with love, let it not last long, but even in those few minutes when you reflect on it, remove yourself from everything that draws your gaze downward.
And each time you lift your soul high in this way, you will build a true path for yourself. In other words, do not be distracted when you remember your spiritual essence."
