Tool for Healing Guilt
Imagine before you an uncut, unpolished gray stone. It floats in space, weightless.
It may be a small pebble or a large, enormous rock. Its size depends on how you experience that feeling of guilt—toward yourself or another person.
Approach and, with your intention, imagine that you hold tools in your hands. And slowly, tap by tap, you remove small pieces of that stone, giving it a better cut. Imagine the feeling of guilt that you are carrying.
Keep chipping away until you begin to feel a warm, gentle, bright light within yourself. Continue until you reach the crystal hidden in the stone, until you see in that crystal the reflection of your inner light of forgiveness, acceptance, and encouragement for the work you have done.
Layer by layer you reveal a piece of that crystal—it shimmers, it lets your inner light pass through it. That light scatters through the crystal in many bright rays.
These rays, radiating from you, touch people you knew and those you did not know, but who played a significant role in your life. They are quiet echoes of the past that held you. Touch each of them, let past pain pass through you, and accept every lesson of your life with gratitude. Release past pain of guilt and resentment, directing your unconditional love there.
The whole space brightens and fills with your inner light. The stone is gone; there is only a pure crystal projecting your inner light into everything around. Bestowing true love—the love you are filled with, the love you send into this crystal, the love that multiplies many times over within this crystal—reborn, illuminating all the space around you.
Feel this bright warm light, gentle, tender, inviting. So pure, simple, and as transparent as a crystal—your crystal of forgiveness and acceptance, your crystal of unconditional true love.
Take a deep breath and fill yourself with the energies coming from this crystal, the energies coming from the whole space illuminated by your crystal. All this energy from people, the energy of love—all of it is directed to you. You receive it with gratitude, faith, full understanding, and the sense of that true Divine light that has always been within you.
You accept the events, the people, and yourself. You accept for the good.
