The tool: hourglass

Imagine yourself floating in space. Inside you are an hourglass. This hourglass emits the finest moiré of blissful energies. It is golden in color, shimmering, playing with light. Picture its appearance.
Allow yourself to fill its outward look with the significance you yourself are; fill this hourglass with your character, your attitude, your vision of yourself.
It can be simply an hourglass of whatever shape you give it. You can also express your creativity and paint on it beautiful ornaments, patterns that echo the exact lines and curves of your own soul, your perception of the world. Reward it with your pattern, your personal ornament of inner vision of yourself.
Put your best intentions and feelings into creating this hourglass.
And now imagine this empty vessel beginning to slowly fill with golden particles of energy. There are more and more of them… and now there is almost no room at the top. More still… until the vessel is completely full.
Now slowly take it in your hand and turn the hourglass over. Gently and harmoniously, fully trusting the process, trusting your hand, trusting yourself. In complete trust and acceptance of the process that is about to occur.
And now the golden grains begin to flow into the lower chamber. This opens to you as an energetic stream. Increasingly more particles collect below…
The flow strengthens, accelerates until you notice that the grains in the two chambers are almost equal. And then the process slows.
You watch as grain after grain falls slowly, one after another, until you yourself determine the evenness of their distribution within you, within your vessel.
One more grain, a second, a third… until you say stop.
STOP.
The flow breaks, and you see that your scale of measurement is the same—top and bottom. The number of golden energetic particles is equal.

Feel this equilibrium within you, this inner harmony that fills you, calms you, bringing bliss, peace and a sense of trust in yourself.
Now your energetic balance is aligned. You have gained your inner balance; you created it yourself. You yourself allowed your intention to fill you and level your state of inner balance. You manifested will, firmness, determination in creating the best conditions for yourself—for perceiving a new world, better conditions for knowing yourself, better conditions for acquiring inner harmony, a sense of calm, peace and bliss.

With full trust in yourself, in the Creator. With full trust in your inner Divine Self. All for the good.
