Hear Yourself

When we quarrel with someone close and feel emotional pain, that is the soul’s pain — the soul does not want to remain in conflict. But we have become adept at ignoring those little alarms and moving on, not realizing we are treading water. Our spiritual growth stalls. This is about feeling the world with your soul, through the awareness that you are part of that world.

Learning to hear your inner voice is a matter of practice. You can do it yourself, daily, through various spiritual practices; or you can turn to your Higher Self with a request to illuminate the needs of your soul and help you hear your inner voice.

For example: I ask my Higher Multidimensional, strong Self, my true Spirit manifest within me, to help spotlight those needs of my soul that I have not noticed; I ask that you help me hear my inner voice, to understand and follow its call.
If it responds, I give thanks, I accept, I heal, I unpack, I download.

You can sign up for a Puja and for mudras; these greatly develop your inner dialogue, bring various patterns to the surface, and provide healing tools.
And if you want to raise your level further, you can go through sessions.
