Lesson from the Spirit

- When closing yourself off, leave the door open.
- What did you mean by that?
- When you try to shut yourself away, to hide from the outside world, you cannot do it in plain sight; you can only hide within yourself. But if you close every door, you will not be able to let yourself in.
You may not want to follow your longings. But sooner or later, one way or another, you will face the necessity of making a choice. And that choice will be obvious.
- What is it?
- A lesson about strength. You encounter many problems and tasks that require your solution only because this is your growth.
Some need more lessons, some fewer, some need certain lessons, others different ones. This is not about justice, nor about balance; it is about the need of your soul to accept its path.
When you begin to look at yourself not through the prism of comparing yourself to others, but through the prism of how you perceive the world, you will begin to understand how your soul matures; you will begin to see its birth, its ripening, and its flourishing. Like a tender bud reaching for the sun.
This sun is nothing other than you, your maturing consciousness, your filling with true, unconditional, pure love, your illumination through accepting your path. The more you reach toward spirituality, the more brightly this sun will shine on you.
What is this sun? It is pure knowledge, the true seed of the cosmos. It is one. It shines equally on everyone, but each reaches for it in a different way. For not everyone matures at the same time. And this is not bad, for this is a process. And a process is always action; it is always the manifestation of your awareness, your initiative.
