A Lesson from the Spirit
Some kind of enormous wall, like a wall of codes, numbers and symbols, and from them stretch threads of light, as if stitched by them.
"What is this?"
"Encoded space."
"Why am I here?"
"You are studying, observing, you want to leave, but you don't know how."
"Will you help me?"
"I can help if you desire it."
"Guide me."
I touch one of those threads with my finger, and they begin to change, the symbols and the lengths of the threads shift.
"Your actions change the sequence of events. Having access to this archive of stored data, you can alter your own path with a single touch of your intention. It's an ordinary skill, like brushing your teeth or washing dishes.
You can change things according to your desire.
By desiring something, you lay a foundation for subsequent events.
By desiring love, you lay a foundation that begins to attract those events in which you must manifest that feeling toward yourself and toward others. Only by understanding what love is, only by grasping this feeling, will you be able to see and feel it in others.
By desiring rewards, you lay a foundation for events in which you will become a hostage to your own self-pity. Events will begin to arrange themselves around you so that you can fully realize those feelings of pity for yourself or for others.
When you seek material goods, you lay a foundation where, first of all, you must learn to give the goods you yourself wish to receive.
It is like a lesson in which you must master what material goods are, understand and feel the needs of others, and soothe them through expressed care.
When you desire spiritual growth, you lay a foundation that begins to attract those events and trials in which you will comprehend spirituality through particular lessons, sometimes difficult ones.
In these lessons you must first comprehend acceptance through humility, awareness, and gratitude.
Receiving what you desire is always lessons, even if you do not understand this now; it is always through your learning, through awareness, through your own growth.
By understanding the principles and mechanisms of how your desires work, you will no longer voice your complaints and denials, you will no longer express rigid judgment toward those events that are your lessons."
