Lessons from the Spirit.
We found ourselves on a vast sheet of ice. Whether it was a deep lake or only a shallow puddle, I did not know. But I could not see where the ice ended — a fog was spreading across the frozen surface and blocking my view. I tried to take a cautious step and, hearing the crack of ice, stopped.
“Walking on thin ice is scary. Isn’t it? Especially when you don’t know what lies beneath it.”
Knowledge gives us confidence that we are doing something right.
Knowledge of the material world is undeniably important in this dimension for your physical body. You rely on knowledge to chart a route forward. It’s easier and simpler to navigate the space of the material world when you lean on the laws of being that you know.
But when you chart a route in the spiritual world, knowledge is no less important.
“What kind of knowledge?”
“Knowledge of who you are and why. In the spiritual world there is no place for fear and doubt. You simply go in trust of yourself, in full trust of yourself and an understanding of the path you are following. In full understanding of the significance of that path for you personally, for your development, for your unfolding.
Just walk with your eyes closed, letting go of anxiety and doubt. Trust your inner light and go. When you understand who you are, where you are heading, and why you need it, it becomes easier to walk, right?”
“Yes.”
“You do not walk so much as glide over that ice, heading along your route. It is very important to trust yourself, that Divine beginning hidden in the depths of each of you. It is very important to accept yourself and to accept that spiritual principle which is you. You will feel how easy it is to move in full trust and in harmony with yourself.
Trust yourself to gain ease, peace, a state of permanent happiness. Love yourself and the world around you. And that love will fill you.”
