Lesson from the Spirit
“Truly I tell you, whoever wanders in restless roaming will not behold peace.”
“How does one attain peace?”
“Peace is not attained. Peace is released within you. It is that which is manifest in you. You radiate peace in the knowing of truth. Lifting the layers of consciousness, opening the door to your subconscious, you seek the peace that is near.
Your strength is not limitless when you continue to struggle even with yourself — driving away, closing the door, and then everything anew, again and again, until you stumble upon that side of yourself in which you see serenity and calm.
To struggle with yourself is not wrong; it is also a path, where, having grown tired of fighting, exhausted, you will no longer seek solutions but will strive to find peace, an inner harmony.
From the word “soul,” where the soul is in harmony with you, where you do not separate yourself from it, where you feel the unity of the power of mind and the freedom of the soul.
It is like harvesting, where the combine takes more and more ears of grain, clearing a path as it moves forward. So you continue to grow, gathering the harvest of your knowledge and skills through the coordinated actions of soul and mind. All is harmony.
Rejecting the mind you do not feel your spirituality; rejecting spirituality you are consumed by the mind.
Peace is achieved through the pains of doubt and wandering. Faith born in doubts and having passed through them grows strong in your soul, where, by believing, you attain freedom, where you only affirm the truth of it.
There is peace when you do not worry about what will be, do not torment yourself over what was, and do not grumble at what is now.
Peace is acceptance of yourself in all times and spaces; peace is the union of soul and body with your mind.
“What should one do to find peace?”
“For that you must go long and persistently into knowing yourself, enter into conversations with your Spirit, delve into who you are.
Go into your knowing, accepting yourself everywhere.”
“For what purpose must one find peace?”
“For the self-regulation of internal processes that run counter to you, for the harmonization of your state, where in full harmony you go into your knowing and attain the knowledge and strength that were given to you from the beginning. So be it.”
