A Lesson from the Spirit
I am standing on a swing shaped like a little ship. I am on one side, and on the other — the Spirit — and we rock this swing more and more.
“Do you like it here?”
“Yes.”
“Why?”
“Here I feel lightness, freedom, flight.”
“You feel yourself. That lightness and freedom you speak of is the state of the soul that was placed in you originally. It is your permanent state.
You have forgotten who you were and what your true path is.
So you fuss, invent activities and tasks you do not like, but they fill you, leaving no time for reflection.
You have clung so tightly to your programs that at times you are afraid to be alone with yourself, afraid to get on this swing.
You cannot manage alone; this needs to be done by two, in synchrony.
Therefore, when you go against yourself and your Spirit, you do not feel that flight, carefreeness, and lightness, because your swing is hopeless.
But if you trust the Spirit, if you allow the swing to move, it will grant you that serenity, joy, and peace that were given to you from the beginning. You have simply forgotten this, as you have forgotten that you once were one whole.
Allow yourself, at least sometimes, to swing on this swing, to remember yourself, to fill yourself with those feelings that will help you cope with any burdens in your life.
This is an unusual swing; it is like a bridge of trust between you and your Spirit.
When you make the first movement, rocking the swing, you will see that, at the far end, the Spirit will respond in kind. And step by step, together, you will rock it. Until the moment of your unfolding, when you are filled with the energy of the Absolute’s light, you will feel and perceive yourself and the world around you completely differently.
When you live in denial of everything, including yourself, the Spirit cannot reach you. Over there, on that side of the swing, you simply are not present. However much the Spirit tries to rock it, alone it cannot do so. Only together, trusting and supporting each other.
The Spirit is always there. The question is: where are you?
Will you grumble, complain, and be indignant about what happens in your life, or will you allow yourself, by intention, to take your place on these divine swings, where your Spirit awaits you, willing and able to help, adjusting and correcting your path in the best way for you.
Helping you cope with the burdens with which you came to it, endowing and gifting you with the pure energy of the Creator’s absolute unconditional love, with the energy of light, happiness, and pure love. You only need to allow this to be. So let it be.
