A Lesson from the Spirit
We stand with the Spirit in the midst of nothing, simply hanging in the air in an infinite luminous space.
"What do you feel?"
"Anxiety and serenity. A duality of feelings."
"There is nothing here. Why do you feel anxiety? Because your whole familiar world has suddenly disappeared, right?
And you feel serenity because there are no external irritants keeping you from being alone with yourself. Addressing yourself means addressing home."
"What is this about?"
"About serenity. It's important to immerse yourself in a state of serenity. Close your eyes and sink into that state where nothing exists—only you, not even your thoughts exist, only your soul.
And the soul requires warmth and care sometimes more than the body.
"For what?"
"To feel your whole depth. To learn to notice the obvious but so important. To give yourself the chance to bring yourself back."
