Lesson from the Spirit

“People have gotten used to sitting so long as no one bothers them.

They show a bus; we are moving on that bus. I am standing, and all the people are sitting.

They just want not to be touched in schooling, at work, in everyday life. They are so afraid of being noticed that they stop noticing themselves. That leads to disappointment. Disappointment, despondency, lamentation. It leads to inner aggression, and to pronounced outward aggression. Everything begins with something small.

“What do you mean?”

“If you make it a habit, if you allow yourself to be regularly disciplined by directing your attention to the manifested problem—you will begin to heal from within. When you heal yourself, the space around you heals as well; that is very important. Do not wait until the bus is overcrowded, do not wait sitting in your seats for everything to resolve itself—act. Your programs are you, your healer is you; with your intention you heal yourself and the space around you.

And the small will grow into the greater, and the void will be filled with light. The crystal of your soul will be filled with the light of the absolute unconditional love of the Creator, the light of God within you. So be it.”
