A Lesson from the Spirit
I found myself somewhere in the clouds, high above the Earth. In the distance there was a huge waterfall, the size of a mountain. This waterfall was strange; it sparkled, and the streams of water looked like the strings of a musical instrument—pure white, luminous, glistening strings. And at the very top angels were flying, robed in white, with snow-white wings.
"Spirit, what is this?"
"This is the spiritual world accessible in the fullness of its manifestation."
"What happens if I go closer?"
"You will touch knowledge."
"May I go closer?"
"You are already going. Your path leads to this source. Routes of passage for your soul are being laid out; you are moving into knowing with pure intentions and an open heart. And that is important. A heart full of love is a necessary attribute of the journey.
Every day you must fill your heart with love, heal your soul, not fearing and not worrying that you turn to the true Creator. For your request is a delight to Him. Your desire to move in spiritual development is joy to the Father. You will know yourself, you will know Him in yourself, as one unified whole. It sounds like a divine melody from the mouth of truth."
"What am I doing here?"
"You are here, in these nets, to seek answers. But all your answers are the offspring of one great power of love—the true love of the Creator manifested in you."
Night fell, the sky filled with stars, yet it was still light here. How is that possible?
"Here there is no day or night. The laws—flows—of time do not operate here."
"What do you mean? What is the lesson about?"
"About knowing yourself. You always ask for help, ask for strength, forgetting that this strength is yourself. It is in each of you; you only need to turn your gaze inward, touch the depth of yourself with your intention. Everything is there, everything is you.
When you blame God—you blame yourself; when you do not believe in God—you do not believe in yourself; when you do not see God—you do not see yourself. Reflect on that. What do you feel? In those feelings your sorrow is hidden; in those feelings your readiness is hidden, your desire and striving.
By trusting God—you trust yourself. When you thank God—you thank yourself. And by that thanksgiving, by that faith, you cultivate in yourself the absolute, unconditional love of the Creator. So be it."
