Lesson from the Spirit

I walk through the park on an autumn day, looking around.

—Where am I going? What’s ahead?
—Sometimes what matters is not what’s ahead but what is hidden in depth. To know the depths does not mean to fall downward. In knowing the depths there is a certain power. The fears imposed on you for many years—the fear of falling down, of stumbling—have always told you that this is bad. This fear of falling is unnatural; it has been imposed on you. If you cast it off, you will be able to know your depth, to understand what prevents you from moving forward, what obstructs your unfolding.
By delving into yourself, you can lift up from there, from the very bottom, to the surface those strata of yourself that have long been kept untouched. Through the fear of falling you cannot understand the depth of your essence. The essence of the spiritual Divine unity that you are. Release this fear, through a clear, distinct intention to be heard by your spirit.
Walk in trust in yourself and in the Spirit that guides you. So be it.

A well appears in the park; I look into it, and there is such a bright light shining with gold, it stings the eyes and then suddenly everything goes out. Inside there is a whole separate world, like a portal to another realm.

—Spirit, is this my world, is this me?
—This is the multidimensionality of your consciousness. It is not the only one like this. By knowing them, you will come to know yourself. Lifting strata to the surface, healing programs, and bringing yourself to a new level of consciousness development. This is important.
