A Lesson from the Spirit
Practice of Opening the Heart
This practice is not bound by time, theories, or proof. It has existed in all ages. Wherever it comes, in whatever worlds, it grants liberation to a mind captive to the play.
Sit comfortably, spread your arms, touching your index finger to your thumb. Feel how slowly a river of truth flows through your veins.
True knowledge is not hidden or buried; it lies on the surface of yourselves. It is the purification that gives you freedom.
A person does not even think about that slavery, about the chains that bind his body day after day, subjecting him to unthinkable trials, tortures — all manner of deformations of thought, and consequently deformations of the perception of the world.
Knowledge is freedom; it is that river, that stream that replenishes life where there is no hope. Where life was absent, it is born again.
So you, understanding the necessity and importance of the resource that is knowledge, accept it into yourselves, opening to a new, unimaginable flow of delight that pours through your body, beginning at the crown and descending through all the places where you no longer felt authentic. These are the places, the gaps you closed off from yourself, unwilling to speak of them, see them, or feel them. These are the zones of your sensitivity; they are filled with that incredible light of divine particles that grant liberation in unified knowledge.
The seed of knowledge is the original source to which you will come one day, having secured the support of higher powers and your own observance, responsiveness, and acceptance.
Taking on various forms of being, you became the instrument pleasing for communication from beyond. You are a vessel filled with the true radiance of the primary source, through which the space speaks to your soul and the souls of those dear to you, those to whom you are not indifferent. Not because you feel kinship in it, but because you think, remember, and wish to help. The more you open through others, the more you will discover yourself and be filled.
And a filled vessel is capable of revealing any truth.
Fill yourselves with this radiance, feeling it touch the tips of your fingers and go further outward, forming some etheric threads rising up and swaying in the wind, intertwining with the threads of other souls responsive to you. And in this weaving you seek unity and those answers that find you.
Fill yourselves, and with each inhalation be moved by the beating of your heart, that instrument that speaks to the world about you and for you, about the soul of each one walking toward the one light.
