A Lesson from the Spirit
I walk along a road; slush squelches under my feet. To my right are identical little houses with triangular roofs; to my left, fields covered in snow. A bright light—and the scene changes. Now I am walking along a spotless white path, and to my right are identical square flowerbeds. Very bright, very light.
“You are here to learn, to master skills.”
“What was that snowy street and those flowers—what did it all mean?”
“Both are a life path. The triangular houses show how sharply you perceive the world around you, how critically you judge yourself. The wet snow represents the programs that negatively affect you; they stick to your feet, they sabotage your path, slowing your pace, and you lose the desire to go on, sinking into despondency because all you see ahead is that heavy, wet snow clinging to your feet.
Your unwillingness, denial, and fears only make the path worse, weigh it down, and you begin to sink into that wet snow not just to the ankle but to the knee, and walking becomes even harder. Ultimately, if you do not let the sun illuminate your path, if you do not let your light brighten your way, you will simply get stuck in that wet, heavy, cold mass.
But if you stop, let your gaze lift upward, let your heart open, and turn to your spirit—the higher Divine light that fills you and lights your way—you will see how everything around you transforms.
And now you are walking along the road—a white, even, bright road. To your right, flowers that please the eye, and ahead, light that illuminates your path, a light that encourages, gives healing, hope, and confidence with every step.
“What do the flowers mean?”
“These flowers are your surroundings, what you are filled with. What you surround yourself with—the values that matter to you—shape you, dictate your mood, your attachments, your skills, your desires, your relationships.
If you are bogged down in fears, doubts, negative programs—stop, look inside yourself, call to yourself. Your healing, your transformation, your knowing, your development, your vision and your strength are within you; this light is always with you.
With your intention, allow the higher Divine multidimensional I to ignite the light within you, allow yourself to feel that warmth inside, to spread it, to sense it, to be nourished and delighted by it, and feel it flare more and more, filling you until you are ready to share that warmth with others, filling their hearts with this Divine light of the true manifested Creator. So be it.
