Lesson from the Spirit
You are all susceptible to judgment.
But at the same time, judgment puts you at risk. It seeps through your cells, poisoning the mind.
You think it means nothing. But day after day, like toxins—judgments, envy, anger—accumulate in your cells. Like something base, it strives to elevate itself. And when it comes to you, all these judgments become only a test of your faith and endurance.
You think this is about controlling your mind, but it is about disciplining the mind. You will not be able to control your mind, nor is that necessary. But you can grasp the depths of a situation, extract from it a benefit, a lesson. And having taken what is needed, everything else will fall away by itself as unnecessary.
You think that any judgments of yours are a heavy cross. But in truth, this is the light, sometimes the only, form by which one can reach you, to open the heart to forgiveness, understanding, acceptance.
Each time you sink into judging someone or something, ask yourself what the universe is trying to convey to you, what exact information, what lesson you are drawing from it. And you will not need to control yourself: your fear, anger, envy...
Because control is not needed where there is understanding, where you give feedback to your soul so that it receives precisely what is meaningful for it.
Lesson from the Spirit You are all susceptible to judgment.
