Lesson from the Spirit

You need to learn one lesson that will allow you to loosen up, to square your shoulders.
That way you will achieve more and grow more quickly.
To loosen up means to shed the tension that squeezes you from within.
It means being able, in time, to notice fatigue and to help yourself know joy:
from a customary “thank you,” from a good-natured glance and a warm smile.
To receive joy means to see it in any little thing; it means to produce it inside yourself, thus reviving your own strength and nurturing it within.
To loosen up means to trust the stream in which you float, the one you have cultivated for years and still have not learned to trust.
The stream in which you live is your home.
Imagine it that way. And this home is not a fortress at all. Its windows and doors are wide open. Light pours through it to the outside. Even where it was dark you now see light. You feel it because it is inside you.

When you allow yourself to loosen up and trust the inner stream, you let it flow in wise sayings, in kind words, in a merciful look, a gentle smile, and a warm palm.
Let that light become brighter, deeper, more powerful. Let golden particles scatter far around you, carrying a message to every corner about the coming of light into the home of each who has known it and has let it into heart and soul.
Breathing in the golden particles, hold your breath. And on the exhale imagine all the doors and windows of your house opening and the light spreading to all the towns, to all the places where this light is awaited with hope, with reverence and gratitude, where this light becomes the rebirth of sleeping souls.
