A Lesson from the Spirit

All parents receive their base lesson — they teach others when they ought to be learning alongside them.
You often strive for dominance, for leadership, and all of that is merely a reflection of your ego’s desire. It seeks leadership, sole authority, uniform thought. Wherever you feel superior to someone in your own knowledge and skills, you act rashly, even foolishly.
Your life is woven from many lessons, and at the root of many of them lies vanity.
Do you want to convey something, are you trying to convey it, or do you wish to bow the heads of those who listen to you?
To be a family means to be a team. Do not retreat into leadership and loneliness, but unite as a single team. Do not lecture from the position of the all-knowing, but offer guidance from the standpoint of the team, where there are no losers and winners, where you must all reach the finish together.
To raise, to teach someone is much easier from a position of power and leadership, but try doing it from the perspective of a united team, having entered into the mind and heart of the one you wish to admonish and guide. Not because you know everything, but because the strength of the team lies in unity.
And so in everything: when you want to convey information or any message to someone, do it with a pure, open soul, sincerely wishing to help the common cause. For where one grows, the whole team grows, every single one.
And you will be amazed how the one you tried to admonish and instruct will reach back toward you, offering new ideas, prompting and guiding, and soon you will together ponder the next step of your development — in peace and harmony, in serenity and trust, in the flourishing of convictions born deep in your soul. So be it. 🙏
