A Lesson from the Spirit
I am back among the Spirits, walking through the garden. In the middle is the old fountain; I pass by it and hear the water playing. The scent of flowers — such a sweet, spicy aroma of honey. Birds, birds, white birds, many of them. It’s remarkable that they weren’t here before. I asked, what is this?
“These are messengers from the heavens bringing news. They can take various forms and appearances, and they come to those who need them. They help a person endure their trials without wavering in their faith. They come to those who have despaired, who seek support, who are at the beginning of the path of seeking God, in the search for their inner light.”
“What do they do?”
“They warn, they accompany those whose spirit is strong.
In a difficult, insoluble situation — look around, and you will understand that you are not alone. You will suddenly feel a gentle warmth inside you — warm, comforting. Do not be afraid, but receive it with gratitude, reverence, and joy. For thus a light is kindled within you; thus you awaken.
Receive with gratitude and awe that feeling which is being born in you, allowing it to take on features of greater significance and grandeur for you.
And you will see how your situation begins to clarify for you in ways previously unseen and by a new path.
Unexpected solutions, unexpected people around you, your surroundings — all will be of help to you. All is in aid of you on your path of knowing yourself and knowing the very essence of life, of knowing God within yourself.
Do not rush; listen to the hints that surround you, to the hints your inner spirit speaks to you.
Listen without fear, panic, anxiety, or despair.
Stop and listen to yourself. Find that inner light which slowly kindles in your breast, illuminating everything with the pure streams of Divine particles. So be it!
