Lesson from the Spirit

When God created the Earth, He did not expect to see it so bewildered and exhausted. By giving man the freedom to choose, He only wanted to eternalize the divine principle in each of you, to imprint that great act upon your souls, making you co-creators of the world in which you live.
But ego awoke, the desire to stand out among the rest. To liken yourselves to beasts is not your essence; you are an aspect of the higher origin of the divine manifestation of the Creator’s will, His instrument and helper, like a pupil to his teacher.
By walking the road of destroying your own self-knowledge, you do more than grant yourself freedom of choice: you close pathways, you sever bridges that connect you to the Creator, as if a pupil grown proud over his teacher.
Not from a position of knowledge or strength, but merely because you are deceived by an illusion fashioned from your own whim.
You can do so much; your possibilities are at times boundless. But what do you choose? Yourself, your comfort, or the common cause of the great work?
This will not be said in reproach but as admonition to those doubting, who hesitate in deciding to take the path of true goodness revealed by the deep knowledge from the primal source of all that is. The Creator, having made you in His image and likeness, lays upon you the mission—to awaken, to remove the shackles, to find balance, to know inner peace and harmony, to know serenity in accepting absolute truth.
Not to be first, but to be united—that is the great difference!
Yet each of you takes his own route to Him, and it does not matter how long the road winds when you walk as a faithful pupil of your teacher.
And you all look for the shorter way, the quicker way—to run, to leap, to be in time—without understanding that in this chase you risk losing the goal. Come to balance, I tell you, for there, in the stillness of the serenity of knowing your Divine essence, you will find faith and the law of truth that receives all.
Everything will become simpler and lighter for you.
You think the shackles weigh you down so you cannot take a step?
You think the stones in your path are the only visible obstacle to you?
You think the absence of bridges prevents you from crossing to the other side of the road?
But cast off the shackles, remove the stones, build the bridges, and what then?
Will you gain faith? Will you come to God knowing His beginning?
You will come to Him only when you know yourselves; through yourselves you will know God, through understanding His design, like the continuation of an arrow that feels the hand that holds it.
Only when, by your own intent, you long to know the truth in God will you be able to find Him.
And those shackles and stones will dissolve on your path of their own accord, and bridges will be built in an unexampled archaic pattern.
He Himself guides you when you desire it. That is the reason you do not hear and do not see—the reason that lies within you.
