Lesson from the Spirit

Do you hear me clearly? Then take this. This is a little mirror. In it you have captured so much suffering, disappointment, resentment, anger, intolerance, irritation, greed, envy, indignation, resistance, acceptance, the pain of loss, judgments, hateful looks and quiet unspoken things: what you didn’t have time for, couldn’t do, forgot. All of that is in this little mirror that you hold in your hands. Look at it.

What shape is it? Round, square?
It has a frame. Round, square, rectangular — it doesn’t matter; the important thing is the frame. It may be beautiful, filigreed, with cutouts, gilded, with an ornate profile, unique lines, and yet it is a frame belonging to your thinking. Take it off and see what happens. You might, through carelessness, cut yourself on the sharp edges of this little mirror, which is why you keep it in a frame.

But however you decorate it, however you burden it with charming patterns, it is still a frame, and it must be removed.
Gently, without haste, remove it carefully.

And now you hold this little mirror in the palm of your hand with one hand and look into it. What do you see there?
There is only a pure, undistorted vision of yourself. There are no riddles there, nor answers. It is not weighed down by questions, by answers; it is simplified to the utmost, in that primal form in which it was created originally, just as you are — renewed and accepting that reflection as a symbol of purity and the Creator’s original design.

Accept your true essence as something inseparable from you, as something you keep with careful understanding of the necessity of existing as one unified, whole, indivisible organism. Let this little mirror glow in the depths of your soul, its radiance lighting the way, shining like a beacon that illuminates the path of those who walk.

There are no sharp corners in it. There is no longer any need to set frames around it, no longer any need to hide it in the depths of your soul, afraid to look into the eyes of your own fears.
You are the ones who sought and found yourselves; now and forever let it be so. 🙏
