Lesson from the Spirit

- What is this? Red flowers. Everything is red. Why?
- Something will happen soon. Soon you, aflame with the desire to know, will open one by one, laying your hearts bare. Many of you think you are alone, but that is not so. You are united by your soul. Loneliness is only fear of trusting yourself.
- What do you mean?
- I mean that you are one. Neither time nor space can divide you. What do you consider most important of all?
- A person's soul.
- More precisely?
- Its development.
- More important than anything is desire. Without desire there will be no development, no understanding, no knowledge — nothing. Desire is like the manifestation of your will.
- What should I do?
- You answer.
- I wish to know myself, to find God within myself, to reunite with him into a single whole.
- That is the right desire. The main thing is that your desire comes from the heart, from the depths of your soul. Listen to yourself. Trust only those desires that arise from the depths of your heart, an open, burning heart, filled with goodness, love, God's light, and grace. Beware of desires grown and ripened in hatred, anger, greed, jealousy, and misunderstanding. For such desires can destroy your soul.
God's light within each of you — that is your guide and counselor in your affairs. Trust yourself, trust the love within you and the Spirit who leads you by the hand, helping, warning you at every turn; trust the light within you. So be it.
