Lesson from the Spirit

We were having a long conversation… At some point I seemed to get confused.
“This is an unsolvable problem.”
“A problem. Any problem is merely a lock that must be opened. Visually everything is clear and plain. The steps are known, with only one caveat — the key must match the keyhole; for that they must know each other, be acquainted beforehand, otherwise how?
And everything turns into a kind of game where you try keys, relying on luck or cleverness. Pride destroyed you. They were acquainted before, so they will be able to recognize each other. It’s a connection, a thread, love if you will, that strong feeling of attraction that exists.”
“My God…”
“Now you know a little more — you don’t have to go wandering and searching, you simply need to feel. Open yourselves.”

There’s some sphere ahead, huge. I don’t understand what it is. It seems to be rotating. Inside are some mechanisms. Like a core, it feels as if it came out of me around the chest and has grown many times over.
“What should I do now, Spirit?”
“Enjoy your new ability, your new function — opening locks. Everyone who was ever connected to you will begin to see your light and be drawn to it. Each of you is a lock and a key at the same time, like a certain chain of links. That is who you are. Understanding this, you will no longer feel vulnerable to anyone, not even to yourselves. You will feel strength, unity, power. But only when you uncover this mystery.”
