A Lesson from the Spirit

- It's hanging by a thread.
- What?
- Life, hanging by a thread, so fragile and fleeting. And yet you, knowing this, find the strength to live, to struggle, to invent something beautiful, to create, to be inspired, to fall in love and to build, to save others at the cost of your own ambitions — all of it is so beautiful.
It's astonishing that something so fragile, so unstable and brief can contain so much steadiness, certainty, and strength.
When you feel all these virtues behind you, sensing them as invisible wings that lift you above any abyss, preventing destruction from taking hold.

And then your life is no longer something unstable and fleeting, something hanging by a thread.
It arranges itself into an unprecedentedly strong bridge across the chasm. And you step onto it boldly and openly, unafraid and unashamed.
How different is that from the earlier picture?
- Very different.
- Right. But what happened?
- I don't quite understand what you want to know.
- You saw the beginning, and you saw what is now. So what changed?
- The picture changed.
- Why?
- Because of the person?
- Right. Because of his views. Because of his own sense of the world. Through seeing himself as part of one great divine process. That's how strong paths are built.
And you do not cling to that thread over the vast abyss, fearful of falling at any moment — you no longer need to.
You are the one who stands on your firm path with a kind, pure, open gaze toward this world, through the prism of love and full acceptance.
