A Lesson from the Spirit
You are afraid to walk again, remembering your falls.
For so long you taught yourself to love and accept the world you live in. You tried. You tried to understand, tried to reason with yourself, tried to bring everything into a single harmony of life — that life that nested inside you, sometimes like still waters, sometimes like boiling lava — and all of it was a manifestation of yourself.
You waited, and at times you ran without looking back at your tracks, without yearning in your heart for anything good and beautiful. For that which you did not want and did not wish to see because of your mutability, your instability, because of your own doubts.
It is hard to learn to walk again when you remember all you have endured, all that bleeds inside you, calling out in pain and agony to a justice whose measure was only you. When will you understand that your life — made up of a long road of unlearned lessons, needless judgments — is only what you allowed yourself to see, only what you allowed yourself to feel. Acceptance!
Acceptance. For if you accept everything in your life, there is no fear to step forward, for there is nothing to fear where you have found the light. Acceptance is always finding the light within yourself, illuminating it, seeing it, understanding the root cause, hearing your own voice, accepting with love and gratitude, with understanding.
And you are no longer afraid to learn to take first steps, regardless of what once crossed your path. Not because you no longer see it — no — but because having accepted your past and your present, the true future opens to you, where there is no longer room for fear, because all of it is only light.
And this light, filled with the Creator’s true love, manifested in each of you, gently and tenderly touching you, dives into every cell of the stirred soul, which so beautifully and wonderfully awakens, revealing all its facets.
So be it. 🙏
