Advice to the Group from the Spirit

Come into your restraint.
Where you received too little or took too much, where you feared to speak and then said too much, where you chased a dream and then gave up, where you defended yourself and cast blame, where you mocked yourself and revealed your lack of self-control to the world.
There you hid behind the mask of quick temper, accepted judgments, and false conclusions.
There you only lost the fragments of yourself you so vainly tried to gather in the spaces of your worlds.

To restrain oneself is not to abandon your principles; restraint is to slow down in your judgments, allowing your soul to unfold and help you choose what is obvious, to make a decision simple — not difficult for your soul, though burdensome for your mind.
Be restrained in the fiery words of proud judgment from those who look down on everyone.

Allow your soul to notice and guide your actions and thoughts, helping you and revealing the inner potential of your being, which so longs to transform everything around with the true divine power of the Creator, preserved within you. So be it.
