A Lesson from the Spirit
You have become so accustomed to life that at times you do not notice it.
You destroy yourselves through the habit of not noticing the truth that lives among you. The habit of not seeing, not hearing, not speaking — banal prohibitions passed down through generations as if protective charms framing your soul. Yet at times they only maimed it, distorting your vision, shaping your opinions, governing your fate. You were not at the helm there, as the main guides of your own lives. You did not, when touching events of certain importance, decide whether what followed would be or not.

Habit is not the experience of your soul. Experience has a truth, a verity revealed in every lesson passed through, contemplated by you, understood and accepted by your soul. But habit, banal rules and prohibitions, give many a delusion for a different, distorted path, bearing not enlightenment but the ruin of bright minds.
You—feel with your heart, with the response of your soul—what is to your liking, what brings pleasure and joy, what is the balance of body and soul.
