Lesson from the Spirit

Practice

Every home has its own talisman, its own hallowed story.
To see the talisman of the temple of your soul, you must look into your own eyes. There you will find words that seem to have vanished from nowhere.
Those vows you made to one another contain the power of unity, but also sorrow.
Looking into your eyes, offer to sever all the threads that bind you to those decisions that force you to forget your own past, to forget yourself and the beginning in which you learned so much.
As soon as you can grant yourself freedom by leaving behind those past contracts that bind you like shackles, you will feel not just lightness in the body and the soaring of the soul, you will feel not merely freedom but resolve to walk your own path, to reclaim that beginning from which you ought to start. Thus you will come to the understanding of the true purpose of your path, which you were meant to remember always.

But by relying on someone else, burdening yourself with contracts, you allowed the memory of your soul to fall asleep until you fulfill the promised. With each new promise that binds you, you accumulated more and more fetters, forgetting where you began then and what you are heading toward now.
You are both teacher and pupil to yourself.
And how strictly you teach, and how heedless the student, determine how quickly you will come to your own awakening.
This is not a dialogue built on stern moralizing and reproach; it is a wordless dialogue, without sound, moved only by understanding.

Release everything that keeps you from knowing — those debts you have been accumulating — and allow the inner illumination to occur. All those debts and obligations are merely a pile of unlearned lessons, not contracts; they no longer exist.
And as you unpack each of them, come to an understanding of its importance and value for you, to the acceptance of that lesson.

In the morning I tried this practice, standing in front of a mirror; my eyes unfocused and the words poured out by themselves. I recorded them and share them with you. But of course you will speak for yourself, the words that surface for you.

“I address my true, multidimensional, strong Self, my Spirit, with the intention of breaking all contracts, debts, and promises that bind me and keep me from knowing myself, from my purpose and from revealing my inner potential.
I ask to be freed, and to be allowed to walk the path I have ordained for knowing the greatness of my Soul, revealing its many facets.
Here and now, to walk the path of insight, understanding, acceptance, the true path of my Soul.
Thank you, I accept, I unpack, I download.”

I saw how those threads did not snap but dissolved, turning into a light haze that dispersed in rays of light emanating from my Soul.
